My Story

 

Hey guys, welcome to the website.

 

I want to give you a little background on who I am because what I offer is about more than just workout plans and dieting.

 

My first experience in a gym was during high school. I was preparing to get in shape for football a sport I had never played, at a school I had never attended, surrounded by people I had never met. It was an uncomfortable position to be in.

 

When I first walked into the gym, I felt intimidated. I weighed only 126 pounds and could barely manage 16 push-ups. I was skinny, insecure, and overwhelmed. Everywhere I looked, there were people who seemed bigger, stronger, faster, and more confident than I was.

 

For the first few years of my fitness journey, I was focused on what other people thought of me. I cared about how I looked and how much weight I could lift. My training was driven by ego, and it led me down a path of injuries, frustration, and regret. Even though I made some progress, I wasn’t seeing the results I truly wanted.

 

It wasn’t until seven years later that I finally created a training system that worked. It was balanced, sustainable, and produced the results I had been chasing all along. Instead of spending six days a week in the gym for an hour and a half to two hours at a time, I began following a three-day-per-week program with workouts lasting only 45 minutes to an hour.

 

The difference was life-changing.

 

Training six days a week had been tearing my body apart. I never gave myself enough time to recover, and the gym became the sole focus of my life. In the process, I lost sight of what mattered most: family, friendships, faith, and building a life I genuinely enjoyed.

 

As I changed my approach to fitness, I also changed my approach to life.

 

I began practicing my faith more openly. I started speaking my mind more often. Most importantly, I stopped being afraid to show the world who I really was and who I was meant to be.

 

Today, my mission is simple:

 

  • Be the author of your own story.

  • Help others.

  • Love your neighbor as yourself.

  • Build your mind and body into the best version of yourself.

  • Always stay true to who you are.

My goal as a coach

My role as a coach is to be able to see potential in those who don’t see potential in themselves. Everybody has their own 100% that’s in them a matter of unlocking it and using it throughout your daily life. Some out there have trouble finding that for  themselves, my goal is to help guide you to finding where your barriers in life are and help you to push through them to become the best version of you.

Now I am here to help you. I cannot make you make these changes for your own that will have to come from within you, unlocking abilities you never thought that you had.

I will never give up on you, come to me for help and I will help you come to me with questions and I will answer them whether it’s wanting to lose or gain weight. I will point you in the right direction to getting to your goal weight, mentality, and lifting goals.

If you are someone who is willing to push themselves past breaking points, I’m the right coach for you if you’re willing to change your life and begin the path you’re always meant to follow then I’m your coach.
